Product prices do not include freight, duties and tariffs expenses. After paying for the product, you have to pay overseas shipping costs. If you don’t pay for the delivery fee, you may have difficulty receiving the product. We will inform of the details via email.
Within 24 hours after receipt of the product, please fill out the application form and send it by courier within 7 days after informing your intention to return the exchange to the customer center or FAQ
Only size and color can be exchanged once, and the round-trip delivery fee 7,000 won shall be paid by the buyer.
When exchanging for another product, please re-order after receiving a refund with the reserve.

- For the product sold out after purchase, you can cancel the order and convert it to the reserve amount through guidance.
- For exchange and refund due to simple change of mind, you shall pay 7,000 won for round-trip delivery fee.
1. In the case of refund, we will refund the payment amount within 3 days after confirming the return.
2. In the case of payment by credit card, the credit card authorization is canceled so that payment is not charged.
3. The card authorization cancellation period takes about (4-5 days) and may vary depending on the card company's circumstances.
